It’s a new season, and with that comes the opportunity to be positive! The 49ers have a good chance to return to the playoffs in 2021.

For the San Francisco 49ers, 2020 was a bad year that should be swept under the rug and not talked about ever again.

Let’s be honest, 2020 was a year for the whole of humanity to sweep under the rug and not be talked about ever again.

It’s painful to dredge up once more, but 2020 was a season full of injuries and unfulfilled potential for the Niners. The team was never a threat to get back to the Super Bowl after key player after key player went down, and the team sputtered to what was a merciful end in Week 17.

But with a new season comes new opportunity, and this is a San Francisco team that has plenty of talent all throughout the roster. It isn’t the same team that made the Super Bowl two seasons ago, but it certainly isn’t a roster of scrubs either.

And with a new season, fans don’t want to be reminded about the problems of last season. They want to look at the future and be optimistic.

They want to know why their team can make the playoffs and be a Super Bowl contender, and why they feel they’ve been underrated by the media and the pundits. They don’t want a logically structured argument, they want to know why their team is the best in the NFL despite any rankings or logic to the contrary.

They’ve come to the right place.
