NFL Draft 2021: Final 32-pick Round 1 mock with trades
NFL Draft Pick No. 28: Aaron Robinson, Cornerback, UCF
The New Orleans Saints are in a new era with quarterback Drew Brees retiring, and one of the biggest things on the agenda is to get a few upgrades for their secondary.
UCF cornerback Aaron Robinson is one of those players who could sneak into the first round off the back of a strong performance in 2020.
Robinson has good size at 6-foot-1 and 193 pounds and was a steady cover corner for the Knights. His stats don’t stand out (only one interception his entire collegiate career) but it doesn’t tell the whole story of how he played.
Robinson needs to learn to be more disciplined in zone coverage, but he can provide some excellent man coverage right away in the NFL.
