SF 49ers Target No. 3: Mac Jones, Alabama
After Tua Tagovailoa left for the NFL last season, most people expected Alabama’s offense to fall off a bit.
But that has not been the case with Mac Jones at the helm. One could even argue that it’s been better.
Jones isn’t the flashiest prospect. He’s not going to scramble for a 50-yard touchdown or impress you with his ability to improvise, but he is great at working within the offense and taking what the defense gives him.
Something the SF 49ers could use.
