No. 2: SF 49ers Linebacker Fred Warner

The Niners already received some incredible playoff moments from linebacker Fred Warner last season, including a crucial interception against the Chiefs in the Super Bowl that seemed like a major game-changing moment at the time.

Unfortunately, the tide changed, but it showed Warner is more than capable of coming up with the big play when the brightest lights are shining on him.

Now with three full years under his belt and a reputation as one of the NFL’s top linebackers paralleling him, Warner could easily wind up becoming one of those major postseason forces who further fuels and grows his already-impressive reputation by coming up with those playoff moments.

On a regular basis, too.

Warner will still be tabbed with leading what’ll likely be a revamped defense in 2021, yet his exceptional playmaking ability from last year carrying all the way through the playoffs and over the entirety of 2020 all suggest more than enough evidence the standout linebacker will create an even better accolade list by continuing to do so in the postseason.
