No. 1: The SF 49ers can generate easy touchdowns for anyone, and this was evident when Brandon Aiyuk went in untouched for his first NFL touchdown

The SF 49ers ran this play against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl and the Green Bay Packers last season.

One player for the opposition in Week 3 was responsible for allowing Deebo Samuel to gain 22-yards on this play against his team last season: former Packers linebacker and current Giants linebacker Blake Martinez.

Kyle Shanahan has picked on Martinez and the rest of those defenses by using pre- and post-snap motion, as well as pulling guards to generate some eye-candy and get, literally, the whole defense going one way to only have a wide receiver running an end-around the other way.

The beneficiary this time was Brandon Aiyuk.

With less than four minutes remaining in the third quarter, the SF 49ers were faced with a 2nd-and-10 on the Giants 19-yard line. Aiyuk was in a tight split to the left. Kendrick Bourne went in motion from the left to the right, creating a bunch with Ross Dwelley and fullback Kyle Juszczyk. Nick Mullens received the snap, right guard Daniel Brunskill pulled to the left with the rest of the offensive line down blocking to the right.

Juszczyk took a few steps to the left before turning around and lead blocking along with right tackle Mike McGlinchey and center Ben Garland for Aiyuk, who received the ball from Mullens on the end-around. At this point, the SF 49ers had three blockers in front of Aiyuk to block one defender.

Aiyuk cruised into the end zone untouched for his first NFL touchdown.

Aiyuk proved, especially in the second half, he and Deebo Samuel will be a deadly duo for the SF 49ers when they are on the field together. But until that moment, Aiyuk is more than ready to take on the responsibility as the WR1.

Shanahan has a new offensive weapon to create destruction with, and you better believe Shanahan will make the most of Aiyuk.
