There aren’t any changes to report here, as the Niners haven’t brought aboard any competition for either their kicker, Robbie Gould, or their punter, Mitch Wishnowsky.

One of the key drama pieces a year ago at this time was long-snapper Kyle Nelson still serving the remaining portion of his 10-game suspension for PED use, which forced San Francisco to work out a myriad of snappers over the first six games of 2019.

The process didn’t work out well, resulting in more than a few missed field goals from Gould and a substandard special teams performance.

But the battery is back in full force, meaning there shouldn’t be too much to worry about the specialists aside from the ever-present concern of injuries.
