No. 3: Create Your Own 49ers NFL Draft Room

While nearly every team across the league has shut down facilities and asked its workers to work remotely, there’s still work to be done.

Particularly the 2020 NFL Draft, which still kicks off on April 23 even though the in-person events will no longer be held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Instead, the league is planning to host the draft in a studio setting while fans tune in via live broadcast or streaming options.

Needless to say, 49ers executives have been forced to adjust their draft preparations, including general manager John Lynch creating his very own home-based war room:

Online meetings have become the norm, and the Niners aren’t alone in scheduling e-meetings with prospects recently, such as Michigan State defensive lineman Kenny Willekes’ meeting with the 49ers, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots and New York Giants, according to The Draft Wire’s Justin Melo.

While you might not be able to call up your favorite prospects online, you can still create your own draft room and break down the film for those players you think San Francisco should target in this year’s draft.

Lynch is doing it. So can you.
