No. 6: Maintain Your Physical Fitness

If you’re a gym goer, staying at home has to be tough for you. And you’re probably trying to figure out how to stay physically fit during these trying times. Maybe you’ve done your own push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks. You’ve found yourself running around the neighborhood a lot more in recent weeks.

It’s hard.

Good thing your fellow 49ers friends have devised workout plans for you. And if you’re stuck in the snow, you already understand being locked in at home. But that also allows for some unique workout opportunities, such as working the sled like fullback Kyle Juszczyk:

OK, so you can’t always go out into the snow if you find yourself living somewhere in warmer weather. But that doesn’t mean you have to avoid emulating Niners workouts.

Tight end Ross Dwelley had fun with his own workout routines, which included both running the ladder and using a tree branch for pull-ups.

So if you’re thinking all those gym closures essentially mean the end of your workout abilities, think again. Just follow some of your favorite players to see how they’re keeping up with their lofty fitness goals.

And you can stay in shape the entire time, too.
