No. 9: Create Your Own Backyard Sports League

For those of you with a nice-sized backyard, this will come a bit easier for you.

For those who don’t, you might have to get a little creative inside. Just be sure to put away anything breakable, and please don’t do anything that’ll end up sending you to the hospital.

As far as what kind of sports you can do during self-isolation, let’s take a tip from tight end George Kittle:

Yes, outdoor hockey with your dog.

Dogs are great for keeping you busy and occupied during lockdowns. But like you, they’re probably getting sick of 10 or 20 walks per day. So instead of doing that, grab a hockey stick, a net and some pucks for endless fun. Basketballs and baseballs work, too.

And if your dog fetches, you automatically have a teammate.

Or if you really want to get creative, there’s always a Scottish Highlands game you can put together like I did.
