No. 4: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

NFL Comparison: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, ARI Cardinals

The 2020 wide receiver draft class is one of the most talented groups of recent memory. Near the top of that group is Oklahoma wideout CeeDee Lamb.

Lamb put up a ridiculous 1,327 yards and 14 touchdowns on just 62 catches. That means just about every reception he made was a huge chunk of yardage as he averaged over 21 yards per catch.

The Niners could use a receiver who stretches the field as the team’s top two pass-catchers, wide receiver Deebo Samuel and tight end George Kittle, both excel on short and intermediate routes.

Lamb isn’t lightning fast, but he doesn’t need much separation because of his outstanding body control and sure hands. Much like former Houston Texans wideout DeAndre Hopkins, Lamb makes contested catches look easy:

John Lynch could have his pick of the wide receiver litter at No. 13. Lamb is arguably the most intriguing option.
