No. 2: Jacksonville Jaguars

Per John Shipley of Sports Illustrated, the Jacksonville Jaguars have nine picks in the 2020 NFL Draft. Achieving only six wins during the 2019 season, the Jags have plenty of draft capital to address their needs.

Jacksonville has more draft options than the Chargers, but as previously mentioned, any team would be lucky if one or two of its picks amount to anything at the NFL level. The Jaguars could give up a crapshoot pick in the draft by trading for a playoff-caliber lineman.

One of the main areas the Jaguars need to address, according to Pro Football Focus, is the interior defensive line:

"The Jaguars had six different linebackers play 200 or more defensive snaps this season. Their overall grades were 46.1 (Myles Jack), 33.1 (Quincy Williams), 26.9 (Donald Payne), 68.1 (Leon Jacobs), 41.6 (Najee Goode) and 44.4 (Austin Calitro). Those are some rough performances, particularly from Jack — who just received a hefty contract extension this offseason. With uncertainty over whether Telvin Smith will ever return, the Jaguars need to address the position and hope that Jack bounces back from a down season in 2019."

With all of that uncertainty surrounding the defensive line, and given their two sixth-round picks in the 2020 NFL Draft, Jacksonville could efficiently work this out with San Francisco for minimal risk to either team:

With such little downside, this seems like a deal for the Jags and equally beneficial for the 49ers.
