No. 2: Utah RB Zack Moss

NFL Comparison: Dalvin Cook, MIN Vikings

Utah running back Zack Moss has been a workhorse for the Utes throughout his career. He had three straight seasons of over 1,000 rushing yards and double-digit touchdown totals on the ground. He could be the every-down back the 49ers haven’t had since they let Frank Gore go after the 2014 season.

Moss is quick and shifty between cuts. He can line up in the I-formation and run between the tackles as well as get quick to the edge on outside running plays. He runs as hard as anyone in college football and has a way of falling forward and finishing off runs which is similar to Dalvin Cook of the Minnesota Vikings.

The 49ers currently have a multitude of running backs who each do something different extremely well. If they get a chance to take Moss, then they would be getting an every-down back who can do a little bit of everything.
