Quarterback Comparison: Jimmy Garoppolo vs. Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers took a while to adjust to Matt LaFleur’s offense, which was the subject of some scrutiny earlier this season.

But the Packers have since found their rhythm, making Rodgers just as potent as ever. Paired with a balanced rushing attack, LaFleur has his quarterback playing well once again, while Jimmy Garoppolo has been asked to carry the offense the past three weeks with San Francisco’s own ground game faltering as of late.

Both signal-callers have posted similar numbers, aside from one notable stat: interceptions.

Garoppolo has averaged one interception per game this season, while Rodgers has done an excellent job protecting the ball.

But there’s a hope Garoppolo might be able to cut down on the turnovers in Week 12, considering the Niners are expecting some much-needed reinforcements back for this Sunday Night Football contest.
