No. 2: 49ers receivers will bounce back, too

We all know how the game went. The 49ers receivers were bad. Really, really, really bad.

Emmanuel Sanders gets a pass as he left the due to injury, and Deebo Samuel had a really great game, even though he had drops as well. But pretty much everyone else had the worst game of the season.

But if we can see very easily they didn’t perform, then you can believe it was hammered in to all of them during the week.

They’ll be eager to atone, knowing that another poor performance could make head coach Kyle Shanahan even more annoyed.

Look especially to Kendrick Bourne, who had several key drops but did receive more targets nonetheless with Sanders out. If he wants to continue getting involved more in the offense, he has to make the most of the chances.

I believe he, and the rest of the receivers will do so. The 49ers receivers should bounce back and make the plays Garoppolo gives them.
