W, 27-24 @ 49ers (OT)
Well, that was quite the thriller at Levi’s Stadium on Monday Night Football.
The Seahawks weren’t perfect, particularly turning the ball over. But as they’ve done all season, they manage to find ways to win. This time, it was thanks to quarterback Russell Wilson and a clutch game-winning overtime field goal by kicker Jason Myers.
Wilson is playing at an MVP level, and Seattle’s playoff chances would be vastly different without him.
Those chances include a Week 17 bout at home against the 49ers, which could ultimately decide the now-closer NFC West, which is far from decided despite the Niners’ hot start.
Seattle heads into its bye week, but there isn’t a sub-.500 team remaining on its schedule down the stretch.
Wilson will have to be on point, still, like he has been all year.
