No. 6: Colin Kaepernick shreds the Seahawks

The 49ers knew they had to make a statement in the early moments of that 2014 NFC Championship game against Seattle.

San Francisco led by three. With the Seahawks in tight man coverage and the 49ers on their own 32-yard line, Colin Kaepernick dropped back to pass, the pressure disintegrated the play and Kaepernick scrambled for a whopping 58 yards.

He juked and dodged several defenders, only to be brought down by Seahawks defensive back Kam Chancellor at the Seattle 10-yard line. That play set the tone for the game and allowed the 49ers to remain competitive throughout.

While the 49ers have never shutout the Seahawks, they did come close in the 2012 regular season.
