The Baltimore Ravens are also another pleasant surprise this season, especially quarterback Lamar Jackson.

But the Ravens have yet to adequately replace the free-agent losses of linebacker C.J. Mosley and EDGE Terrell Suggs, which is something they’ll likely try to do early with their first pick in the NFL Draft.

Dylan Moses would have been a great pickup here, but the Chiefs thought so, too.

With a lack of value at No. 29, Baltimore instead elects to join the run on solid first-round edge rushers, grabbing Boise State’s Curtis Weaver.

Weaver has seen his stock value increase in the area where Yetur Gross-Matos and Julian Okwara currently sit, which has been good to watch. And Weaver might be the best overall defender out of the bunch, equally effective against the run, which could bode well in a tough, physical AFC North.
