EDGE. Fighting Irish . Julian Okwara. 25. player. 443.

The Buffalo Bills have been one of the league’s most surprising teams in 2019, and one has to think head coach Sean McDermott still isn’t satisfied with his defense, despite this unit being one of the stronger ones in the NFL entering Week 9.

True, Buffalo needs to grab more help at wide receiver, giving young quarterback Josh Allen some more weapons to go with the budding John Brown.

Yet there isn’t quite the value here at No. 25, and the Bills could stand to upgrade their pass rush a bit.

Finding a replacement for edge rusher Shaq Lawson would be helpful, so McDermott turns towards Notre Dame EDGE Julian Okwara to fill the void and provide an upgrade.

Okwara looks the part, possessing an excellent burst and first step to go with some tremendous bend.
