49ers vs. Panthers: Game Information, How to Watch

This is the first time since 2017 that the 49ers and Panthers have matched up, with the Panthers wining 23-3 in a game that was also a Niners home game.

The 49ers have struggled to beat the Panthers, having lost six of the last seven games stretching back to 2004 including all three home games.

Overall, the Panthers have a 13-8-0 series lead over the 49ers since the former entered the league.

The 49ers have been made clear favorites, with San Francisco entering as minus-5.5 favorites, according to the Action Network.

After freezing in Washington, the skies will be much kinder to the 49ers with game-time temperatures forecasting at 66 degrees and increasing throughout the game.
