Daniel Jones is looking like the real deal at quarterback for the New York Giants, and he surprisingly has himself riding a two-game win streak over his initial two starts at the pro level.

It won’t always seem that easy, though, which means general manager Dave Gettleman will likely look for additional weapons to pair with tight end Evan Engram and wide receiver Sterling Shepard.

A good target in Round 1 of the NFL Draft would be Colorado’s Laviska Shenault Jr.

Shenault, at 6-foot-2 and 220 pounds, is a yards-after-the-catch monster. His threat opens up more for the shifty Shepard and red-zone threat, Engram.

Sure, the Giants have plenty of needs on the defensive side of the ball. But given their high investment in Jones a year ago, expect New York to help the quarterback out as early as possible with a key weapon upgrade.
