Power ranking 49ers 2019 NFL Draft class after first 3 weeks

Like Tim Harris, wide receiver Jalen Hurd has dealt with injuries to start his pro career.
But the 49ers’ third-round draftee is expected back soon — as early as Week 5, according to Kyle Shanahan, after the former Baylor standout heals up from a hairline back fracture.
Hurd, 6-foot-4 and 227 pounds, has mismatch nightmare written all over him. And despite a slowish start to training camp, Hurd certainly turned some heads early in the preseason with some impressive catch-and-run plays.
San Francisco has yet to find a true No. 1 receiving threat at wide receiver, and red-zone issues have been a problem in recent years, too.
While raw, Hurd offers up the kind of upside to suggest Shanahan’s offense will get better in both these areas.
Now, Hurd just has to get healthy and find his niche.
