Washington. Jacob Eason. 14. player. 52. . Quarterback

Yes, the Jacksonville Jaguars just brought aboard quarterback Nick Foles after his two-year playoff magic with the Philadelphia Eagles. And that certainly is an upgrade over the guy he replaced, Blake Bortles.

That said, it wouldn’t be shocking at all to see Foles revert back to the backup-caliber signal-caller he was when the Eagles brought him back. Foles’ playoff rapport won’t be enough to maintain regular-season success, which could point to the Jaguars finding an heir apparent.

Washington quarterback Jacob Eason has one of the best arms in this year’s NFL Draft. And while he’s likely fringing between the first two rounds, the Jaguars won’t hesitate to use their first pick to find a guy to develop a full year behind Foles.
