2019 NFL Draft: Full Round 1 mock with trades, April Fools’ version

The Green Bay Packers had more than a few needs on the defensive side of the ball, particularly finding some outside pass-rushing help to replace the veteran, Clay Matthews, and to address issues within the secondary.
Grabbing EDGEs Za’Darius Smith and Preston Smith should help matters a lot, and former Chicago Bears safety Adrian Amos was a smart pickup to help out in the defensive backfield.
Now, the Packers can shift focus to getting more weapons for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who’ll need them considering he has to face two top-tier defenses within the NFC North, the Bears and Minnesota Vikings, twice a year.
Enter tight end T.J. Hockenson.
Hockenson has risen up draft boards to become the No. 1 tight end prospect in what’s looking to be a stout NFL Draft class at the position. He’s a mismatch nightmare, capable of ripping off huge chunks of yards after the catch.
Paired with Rodgers’ touch, Hockenson could end up having the kind of prolific season his former teammate at Iowa, 49ers tight end George Kittle, had in 2018.
