2019 NFL Draft: Two-round, 32-team mock amid scouting combine

60. . Offensive Tackle. Florida. Jawaan Taylor. 18. player

The Minnesota Vikings are lucky not to have a ton of needs heading into the NFL Draft. But getting better in the trenches on both sides of the ball should be something of a priority.

One can guess whether or not a move will be made at tackle or along the interior spots. However, with Florida offensive tackle Jawaan Taylor working his way up big boards, it wouldn’t be a shock to see him grabbed at this particular point.

Some mocks and big boards even have Taylor going ahead of Jonah Williams, meaning the Vikings grabbing him at No. 18 overall would be a steal.

Minnesota needs to think about a replacement for defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson, who’ll possibly leave through free agency. Perhaps that’s the selection in Round 2.
