Rounding out the first half of players is slot cornerback K’Waun Williams, John Lynch’s very first free-agent signing.

Williams had a pretty rough stretch to start the season, as receivers were constantly beating him, but Williams transformed into a physical slot cornerback that played good coverage once D.J. Reed started to threaten his starting job.

Lynch’s first free-agent signing remains a success. That being said, it will be interesting to see how the presence of Reed will affect Williams’ playing time in the future.
