2019 NFL Draft: Complete two-round mock for every team, New Year’s Day version
By Peter Panacy

Dexter Lawrence. 23. player. 36. . Defensive Tackle. Clemson
The Seattle Seahawks could still use some help along their offensive line, although one has to admit this unit has performed much better since former offensive line coach Tom Cable departed for the Raiders in 2018.
Perhaps that’s an area the Hawks address later in the draft, rather choosing to beef up what’s already a young and impressive defense.
Much of what Seattle does will hinge on whether or not it re-signs EDGE Frank Clark. It’s hard to imagine him walking, though, but that doesn’t mean beefing up the D-line isn’t a priority. The Seahawks weren’t particularly good against the run this year, so grabbing Clemson defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence at No. 23 would be smart.
Sure, Lawrence’s stock has taken a hit with a recent suspension due to a banned substance. But he’s still an excellent run stopper and a wrecking ball-type presence along the interior.
