Like the Broncos, the Buffalo Bills are in desperate need of offensive playmakers to help rookie quarterback Josh Allen.

But protecting Allen up front is arguably the bigger priority. And with Jonah Williams already off the board, Buffalo could be forced into reaching a bit for arguably the second best offensive tackle in this year’s NFL Draft, Ole Miss’ Greg Little.

Like the rest of the Bills, the offensive line overachieved a bit despite a horrendous preseason campaign. That said, Football Outsiders ranked this group No. 21 in pass protection, and the best way to ruin the team’s investment in Allen would be to continue subjecting him to regular pressure and possible injury.

Additionally, a playmaking target would only do so much if Allen doesn’t have the time necessary to deliver him the ball.
