No. 1: Running Back Nyheim Hines, Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis Colts running back Nyheim Hines wasn’t much of a factor in Week 10 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, rushing just three times for 3.0 yards and hauling in three catches for 19 yards — amassing only 5.2 PPR fantasy points.

Hines shouldn’t be considered in anything outside of PPR leagues, as the Colts’ Marlon Mack is the clear-cut No. 1 running option.

As far as pass-catching backs go, though, Hines is certainly quarterback Andrew Luck’s favorite target out of the backfield.

The Colts play the Tennessee Titans this week, who own the league’s best scoring defense. Usually, that would be a matchup to avoid. Especially looking at just how solid the Titans pass rush has been all year.

But one of the best ways to negate a pass rush is to utilize running backs in the passing game, which is what the very few Hines owners will expect to happen this week.

Hines is owned in just 31.6 of ESPN leagues. So if you’re on the hunt for a RB2 or FLEX option in deeper PPR leagues, don’t be afraid to bank on Hines bouncing back on the stat sheet in Week 11.
