Head coach Jon Gruden got his first win in his second run with the Raiders, which is great. And the fact his offense appeared to fully click and wasn’t flustered by the numerous times his defense couldn’t hold leads is telling too.

In a good way.

Quarterback Derek Carr wasn’t perfect. But most anyone would take a four-touchdown performance, especially if it involves getting wide receiver Amari Cooper involved early and often.

Cooper was a force in Week 4, as were tight end Jared Cook and running back Marshawn Lynch. They were key factors in ensuring the Raiders offense looked as powerful as it was two seasons ago.

That defense, though. Sheesh. At least it forced some mistakes from Baker Mayfield.
