The San Francisco 49ers and the Detroit Lions kick off Week 2 of the 2018 NFL regular season today, Sept. 16, 2018, at 4:05 p.m. ET, at Levi’s Stadium, in Santa Clara, CA.

If you’re in the Bay Area, the game will be televised live on KTVU Fox 2, and will feature play-by-play announcer Thom Brennaman and color analyst Chris Spielman.
