Stock down: Joe Williams

Where to now for Joe Williams?

With Morris taking his one opportunity with both hands, Williams is firmly fifth on a team that will take at most four running backs.

And with another injury, he has no chance to prove himself unless he can play in the final game.

Whether or not he can, is another matter.

If Williams doesn’t play then he’s almost certain to be cut, his only way onto the active roster is to ball out and convince the team that believed in him enough to take him despite not being on their draft board that he is their fourth running back.

Williams has one last chance and like Morris, he better make it count.
