8. Marcell Harris

While not a criticism of Marcell Harris himself, the one rookie we don’t seemingly hear a lot of praise for is the former Florida safety.

This isn’t surprising however. Harris missed his entire final season with a torn Achilles injury before jumping to the pros.

As a result, Harris was one of three drafted rookies not to play in Week 1 of the preseason (along with Street and linebacker Fred Warner) as he continues to rehab his injury.

Harris seems a good candidate to stash onto the practice squad for his rookie season, as he continues to develop. But if he continues to develop for the rest of the preseason, there might be a place for him as the backup safety too.
