2018 NFL Draft: Biggest winners & losers from Round 1

Winner: Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers are my sleeper Super Bowl pick. They should have made the playoffs last year, ending the year as one of the hottest teams in football (remind you of any other team?). If they had made the playoffs, they would have gone deep and possibly made a Super Bowl run.

They were an extremely well-rounded team last year, and with the addition of Derwin James, a Kam Chancellor clone, the Chargers are bound to make a championship run.

I cannot stress the comparison between James and Chancellor enough. Both of them can hit viciously hard and watch opposing receivers like a hawk.

Thank God he did not fall to the Seattle Seahawks, the 49ers’ divisional rival and the team that was picking after the Chargers.
