Loser: Oakland Raiders

Now here’s a guy (yes, I’m doing a Cris Collinsworth impression right now) from UCLA in Kolton Miller, who is not nearly as impactful as his former teammate that was picked five picks before.

Miller is merely an OK offensive lineman. He’ll hold his own against mediocre edge rushers, but if you put a player like Von Miller up against him, it will be a long game for both him and his quarterback.

Oakland obviously did not get the offensive tackle that they desired (thanks, John Lynch), and it showed. The Raiders reached for a player that is not worthy of being selected in the first-round.

The Raiders could have stayed put and got defensive back Minkah Fitzpatrick, a true impact player. But no, they traded down and got an average offensive tackle.

At least they got Martavis Bryant, I guess.
