4. Vita Vea, Defensive Tackle, Washington

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Vita Vea as a prospect just works for the 49ers.

The 49ers have a problem finding a potent EDGE despite what’s been invested in the position, but isn’t it a bit early to give up on the young Soloman Thomas and the potential of Cassius Marsh?

Vea paired with DeForest Buckner would destroy interior offensive lines, and be a terrific threat in the 49ers need to find more sacks from the defense.

Sheldon Day is on the team, of course, and his potential does bump this down to relatively low on the list, but Vea would be a surprising but desirable pick to bolster the 49ers defense.
