1. Linebacker

We’ve heard enough about Reuben Foster’s legal troubles, but another linebacker was needed anyway quite frankly.

Niner Noise has been pretty vocal on Tremaine Edmunds before, and he does seem a pretty logical pick at No. 9 for the 49ers.

If Foster is gone then a new linebacker of the future will be needed, and if he stays then he needs a partner in crime and an insurance policy in case he gets into more trouble.

A Foster-Edmunds partnership would turn one of the weakest parts of the 49ers defense into one of its strengths, and considering how linebacker is the biggest need right now, it would be a valuable and logical selection.
