35. . . Previous: . Tennessee Titans. 15. team

The Tennessee Titans get a nice little bump up our NFL power rankings after having a very nice and productive free agency class.

Chief among the acquisitions was former New England Patriots cornerback Malcolm Butler who, after a surprising benching in Super Bowl LII, will certainly be motivated to prove to the rest of the league whatever happened last January was a mistake on New England’s part.

Butler wasn’t the only Patriots defector to join Tennessee in free agency. Running back Dion Lewis comes aboard as a complementary piece to the incumbent, Derrick Henry, which should make the Titans ground game pretty exciting to watch.

The Titans still need some receiving help this offseason, although it’s becoming clear how first-year head coach Mike Vrabel wants to go about constructing this squad.

With the AFC South still a relatively weak division, it wouldn’t be a shock to see Tennessee right back in the playoff hunt this year.
