EDGE. Boston College. Harold Landry. 24. player. 87.

The Panthers are one of those teams hitting a crossroads very soon, and they could use a lot of pieces on both sides of the ball. Offensive line, wide receiver and even running back could be priorities, and the secondary is another pressing issue.

But facing all those talented quarterbacks in the NFC South twice a year, the Panthers should focus on the pass rush. At 38 years old, veteran EDGE Julius Peppers could still return. But Carolina needs a long-term replacement.

Boston College’s Harold Landry would be a hopeful addition here, as he has flashed the talent to be a top-tier pass-rusher at the NFL level.

The only thing would be the Panthers hoping they see more of Landry’s 16.5-sack campaign from 2016. Not the injury-filled, inconsistent effort he showed last year.
