No. 4: Wide Receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (Notre Dame)

Wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown’s draft stock has to be the most odd out of any draft prospect. In mock drafts, I have seen him being picked in the second all the way to the sixth round.

And I can see why.

St. Brown has all the tools and makings of a great red-zone threat and offensive weapon in general. He’s 6-foot-5 and 203 pounds and has the ability to “Moss” just about every corner in the league.

However, he did not produce a lot at Notre Dame. Over three seasons of playing college football, St. Brown has only racked up 1,484 yards and 13 touchdowns on 92 catches.

Nevertheless, St. Brown always has the argument that he had mediocre quarterbacks throwing to him (yes, that includes DeShone Kizer, who I never liked even at the college level), making teams struggle on draft day to decide whether to pick him or not.

With a strong NFL Scouting Combine, St. Brown can prove that he can run routes, create separation and possess that game-breaking speed to complement his incredible size. To prove that he’ll be a surefire threat to defenses at the professional level.
