55. . . Previous: . Pittsburgh Steelers. 5. team

Smells like some trouble brewing in Pittsburgh with the Steelers.

Offensive coordinator Todd Haley is out. And there was a short buzz going round of pressure being put on Steelers owner Art Rooney to fire head coach Mike Tomlin. Namely after his poorly managed game in the AFC Divisional Round versus the Jaguars.

That won’t happen, of course, but there are plenty of other reasons to drop the Steelers down in NFL power rankings.

Running back Le’Veon Bell is still unsigned for 2018 and coming off an unhappy franchise tag. Should no deal be reached, he’ll be one of the more coveted players on the free-agent market this offseason.

Pittsburgh still isn’t where it needs to be, defensively, and also is running over $4 million over the cap where things stand right now. The team has some tough financial decisions ahead before deciding what to do about Bell.

At least the offensive trio of Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster are exciting.
