Minkah Fitzpatrick. 10. player. 28. . Cornerback. Alabama

It’s weird to think Alabama cornerback Minkah Fitzpatrick falls out of the top 10, but the previous teams either address offense or have other pressing needs in the NFL Draft thus far.

Either way, this plays right into the Oakland Raiders’ benefit.

General manager Reggie McKenzie needs to spend a lot of his draft capital on the defensive side of the ball this April, and it could be at all three levels.

Armed with a handful of playmakers up front, though, the secondary figures to be a prime location for some help. Fitzpatrick is quite easily the best corner in this class, capable of locking down opponents’ receivers with ease and shutting down an entire side of the field.

That’s exactly what Oakland needs after a disappointing year, defensively and offensively.
