San Francisco 49ers: 2018 NFL Draft Week 15 rooting guide

Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns
There’s virtually zero chance the Niners catch the Browns in the “race” to secure pick No. 1 overall in the 2018 NFL Draft.
According to ESPN’s Football Power Index, Cleveland’s chances for the top pick were at 89 percent heading into Week 14. Pair that with a 49ers victory over the Houston Texans and another Browns loss last week, the Niners would have to lose out as the Browns win out over the final three games. And then the tie-breaking strength of schedule would still come into play.
Not even close to likely. But since it’s a possibility, even remotely, we’ll throw it in here.
The Browns host the 7-6 Baltimore Ravens, who are desperately trying to secure a Wild Card spot in the playoffs. Baltimore is motivated, and it’s hard to bank on Cleveland getting another win this season.
But if the Browns win out, there’s a chance the Niners swap spots.
