NFL power rankings: Plenty of blowouts and losers in Week 10

The Kansas City Chiefs fall a bit in our NFL power rankings this week, and it’s primarily based on the defense. It might be a bit more porous than we initially thought, especially after allowing the Dallas Cowboys to impose their offensive will late in the third quarter and into the fourth.

K.C. got some strong efforts out of quarterback Alex Smith and tight end Travis Kelce, whose sack-race touchdown celebration was pretty cool:

OK, that was neat. But the Chiefs’ remaining efforts in the second half were not. This was certainly the tale of two halves, especially after Kansas City scored on that last-second play to Tyreek Hill before the half.

The Chiefs have now lost three of four games, and they’ll need their bye to regroup and see what’s going on.
