It’s hard to knock the Bills down too far in our NFL power rankings despite dropping what looked like an uninspiring effort against the Jets on Thursday Night Football. The Jets are, after all, a pretty surprising bunch this season, and road teams always have trouble on Thursday nights.

Still, Buffalo was exposed during this contest, and teams took note what happens when opponents take running back LeSean McCoy out of the equation.

This was certainly the case in Week 9.

Turning the ball over three times also didn’t help matters much for head coach Sean McDermott and Co. That put his defense at risk, and New York took advantage of it.
