35. . 4-3. . Tennessee Titans. 22. team

The Browns went with yet another mid-game quarterback switch, had three turnovers and still nearly managed to upset the Titans in Week 7?

Even worse, the Titans almost could have coughed up this game in overtime too, although they’ll take the 12-9 victory over the worst team in the league and in our NFL power rankings.

Quarterback Marcus Mariota wasn’t great, he didn’t have much help on the ground and we’re still waiting for the passing game to finally click.

But the bigger picture is this — Tennessee was supposed to be one of the league’s darling teams this season. Over the past few weeks, the Titans are looking more like a team trying to survive the season rather than a legitimate playoff contender.

They fall in our NFL power rankings despite the road win.
