Cleveland Browns. 32. team. 53. . 0-6.

Maybe Kevin Hogan isn’t the answer at quarterback for the winless Browns.

Hogan, getting the start over rookie DeShone Kizer, tossed three interceptions in Cleveland’s 33-17 loss to the Houston Texans. And before Browns head coach Hue Jackson could blink, the Texans were up 24-3 by halftime.

It’s an easy decision to keep Cleveland down this low. Unlike the 49ers, also seeking their first win, there has been little resembling competitiveness out of Jackson’s bunch.

So much for all those feel-good feelings coming out of the organization after the NFL Draft. It’s a bad year all around for the Browns.
