NFL power rankings: Chiefs stay hot in Week 6, 49ers stay low

Missed field goals and incompetent quarterbacking. Those were the issues plaguing the Browns during their 17-14 loss to the New York Jets.

Browns kicker Zane Gonzalez was 0-of-2 on field-goal tries, and the score differential tells you all you need to know why that’s important.

But quarterback DeShone Kizer, who hasn’t been effective all season, continued his struggles in Week 5, ultimately leading to head coach Hue Jackson’s decision to bench him in favor of the veteran, Kevin Hogan.

Hogan was notably better, completing 84 percent of his passes and tossing two touchdowns against one interception.

Still, the Browns are the Browns again and remain dead last in our NFL power rankings this week.
