Who knows what to make out of the Jaguars.

A week after trouncing the Ravens in London, the Jags fell to 2-2 after losing 23-20 to the Jets in overtime.

Quarterback Blake Bortles didn’t look good — no shocker there — going 15-of-35 for 140 yards and a touchdown against one interception. And not even rookie running back Leonard Fournette’s 86 yards on 24 carries could make up the difference.

Jacksonville’s defense, easily considered its strength in 2017, surprisingly gave up 471 yards total offense to New York, and 256 of those yards were on the ground.

A recipe for success? Not exactly.

This is likely what we should expect out of the Jaguars, though — moments of brilliance marked by frequent flops. And things won’t get much easier against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 5.
