Sit-em: Hunter Henry (LAC) vs. Philadelphia

Hunter Henry has to be one of the most frustrated people in the NFL. He was ticketed to take over for Antonio Gates when he was drafted a few seasons ago and looked great. Only problem is, Gates is still playing. And as long as Gates is playing, that means less targets and playing time for Henry and his fantasy football owners.

Henry has had one good game of seven catches for 80 yards this season, but it is sandwiched between two games with zero catches. Quarterback Phillip Rivers loves throwing to the tight end, but that tight end is usually Gates.

There are far more reliable options this week at tight end. Even with the tight end injuries in the NFL, Henry just isn’t getting enough playing time to be a fantasy contributor. The matchup would’ve been a decent one if Henry was getting all of the reps, but a tight end sharing snaps is not one I want on my team.

Other options: Kyle Rudolph (MIN) vs. Detroit and Eric Ebron (DET) @ Minnesota
