NFL power rankings: League-wide look for each team as preseason starts

The Chicago Bears are going to hear about their first-round move to trade up and grab quarterback Mitchell Trubisky at No. 2 overall until he finally starts to take control of the offense.
That might not happen right away, though, as fellow QB Mike Glennon likely starts the season as the Bears starter.
Chicago is going through a major transformation, especially on offense, this season. Can running back Jordan Howard back up his impressive rookie campaign? Or will he suffer the proverbial “sophomore slump” so many elite-level second-year runners go through?
Considering Chicago doesn’t exactly have too many top-tier weapons around him, it’s likely the latter.
